Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products that you have purchased, we will be happy to exchange it according to our exchange policy.

Re Exchange Policy
Our Policy does not accept the exchange of an item that you have previously exchanged.
Returns
Once you receive the order please check your items at the delivery point. Please contact us immediately if you find a damaged item and want to prepare an exchange. Please note that we will not be responsible for the damaged items thereafter.
We ensure that the quality and standards are met in our products and processes. In order to achieve the standards, we conduct a quality check to ensure the products are 100% damage free prior to the shipment
We do not accept returns. However, if you find a damaged item when the goods are being delivered, please contact us at 0703333755 or send us an email to freedomcarewear@gmail.com.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
The following items are not exchangeable:

03. Caps
04. Items not in the original condition (ex: Damaged items, items with dirt/makeup/patches)
Returning Cost
The returning item courier charge must be dealt and paid by the customer themselves.
Exchanging Steps

Send us an email within 3 days after receiving the item to freedomcarewear@gmail.com.
Pack the items in the same packaging you receive it in making sure all labels and tags are still intact.

Inform us the product that you need to get it exchanged with.

Send the returned item/s from to our address Freedom Marketing, No 39, Green Wood, Denagamuwa, Polgahawela.

The rest will be handled by our company and take further action in exchanging your item once we receive your returned item/s.

 i. Once the items are received to our warehouse, we will perform a quality check and exchange will be accepted only if the products are in proper condition.

ii. If the items passed with the quality check we will send you an email/ whatsapp message informing the exchange.

iii. You will receive a new item/s within 14 days.

iv. Items which are not in the original condition will not be accepted hence the exchange will not be processed.

Please be kind enough to inform us within 12 hours after placing the order since the product will be reserved for you, before the processing processes end.
The cancellation should happen before the order is dispatched from the warehouse.
